Shipping & Returns
How soon will I get my order?
We will ship your order to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & holidays) 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number soon after. Please contact our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
We use major carriers and local courier partners like UPS, USPS, and FEDEX.
Can I return My ORDER?
We always aim at making sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we're happy to help. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the package to receive a store credit. We do not offer refunds at this time. Store credit only. Returns after 10-day period will not be accepted. Please refer to our return policy for further details.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Very soon after you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information via email and by creating an account on our website, you can login to view the status of the order at any time.
