What are your processing and shipping times?

All orders are processed within 1~3 business days. Orders ship out between Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & holidays). After placing your order, your package will be shipped out within 1~3 business days from the date your order was placed and you will receive an email notification with the tracking number soon after.

We use major carriers, and local courier partners like UPS, USPS, and FEDEX.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the package to get a refund. Returns after the 10-day period will not be accepted. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% of the order total will be applied on all returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Notice an error or would like your address changed? Please notify us ASAP via either Facebook, Instagram, or email. In your message, please provide us with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs our facilities. Please bear in mind that once the order has been shipped out, we cannot alter the shipping process.
