Shipping policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1~3 business days. Orders ship out between Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & holidays). After placing your order, your package will be shipped out within 1~3 business days from the date your order was placed and you will receive an email notification with the tracking number soon after. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

We use major carriers and local courier partners like UPS, USPS, and FEDEX.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please understand that Exquisite Designs Home Decor is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Once a package is shipped out, we have no control over how it's being handled by the shipping carrier. If your package arrived damaged or shows delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier's customer support (whichever shipping carrier that has delivered your package) in order to file a claim.  Due to privacy concerns, we cannot reach out to the shipping carriers on behalf of the customer. If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are not refundable and customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Notice an error or would like your address changed? Please notify us ASAP via either Facebook, Instagram, or email. In your message, please provide us with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs our facilities. Please bear in mind that once the order has been shipped out, we cannot alter the shipping process.
