Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be denied or charged a 15% restocking fee.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues.
Email support@exquisitedesignshomedecor.com to check return eligibility before sending anything back.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

If a late return arrives and you want it back, you will need to cover return shipping.

Return Criteria

To ensure a smooth and consistent experience, all returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Returns must be received within 10 days of the original shipment date. Returns received after this window cannot be accepted.
  • Gift cards have no cash value and may only be used toward store merchandise.
  • All items must include their original tags, packaging, and boxes.
  • Items must be returned in brand-new, unused, undamaged condition, suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
  • Items not returned in their original condition may incur a repackaging fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Exquisite Designs Home Décor reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges for items not in “as-new” condition or for any return submitted outside the 10-day window.

Return Shipping Responsibility

We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning items due to:

  • Preference changes

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Disliking the color, look, or quality

  • Items not meeting personal expectations

A prepaid return label is only provided when the return is the result of a store error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. Our warehouse thoroughly inspects all orders before shipment, so incorrect items are extremely unlikely.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the item does not match its original condition, a refund will not be issued.

Return Details

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after the package arrives at our facility.

  • Once the item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email notification when your return has been reviewed and processed.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, start by submitting a return. Once approved and processed, we’ll ship the item you want.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • International orders

  • Final Sale / Clearance / Imperfect items

  • Pillow covers & inserts (personal-use items)

  • Fragile materials (glass, ceramic, mirrors)

We offer optional package protection through SavedBy to cover lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
If you added SavedBy at checkout and need to file a claim, contact our support team so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

For damaged items, photos are required:

  • Item inside box

  • Item outside box

  • Top, bottom & sides of box

  • Shipping label with tracking

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
Exquisite Designs Home Décor is not liable for lost/damaged packages if SavedBy is declined.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please review our Return Criteria to ensure your item(s) qualify.

1. Prepare Your Package

  • Include the original invoice and a brief note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

  • Make sure all items are packaged securely in their original packaging.

2. Contact Us First

Email us at support@exquisitedesignshomedecor.com to confirm eligibility and begin the return process.

Important:
If you send items that do not qualify for return, they will not be accepted. If you want the ineligible item(s) returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

3. Ship Your Return To:

Send your package using any shipping method you prefer. We strongly recommend saving the tracking number for your records.

4. Provide Tracking Information

Once shipped, please send us the tracking number so that we can ensure your refund is processed once the package arrives.

5. Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended)

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or untraceable return packages.
If your package is lost and you did not provide tracking information, we cannot process the return or issue a refund.
Please consider adding shipping insurance when sending returns.

Return Window Reminder

You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your package. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

Late Or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, feel free to reach out so we can confirm that it has been processed on our end. Once confirmed, please contact your bank or credit card provider—refunds can take a few business days to post depending on their processing times.
