washing machine. - Option 3: Get them professionally cleaned at a dry
cleaner.
For insert:
- It is recommended to wash feather pillow inserts every
6 months to a year depending on how much use they get. - Always remove the pillow cover before washing the
insert. - Machine wash cold on gentle or delicate cycle. Hot
water may damage the feathers. - Use only low-sudsing laundry soap like a high
efficiency detergent. - Do not use fabric softener as they may decrease the
fluffiness of the feathers. - Tumble dry on low heat or no heat. Toss in a few wool
dryer balls, or tennis balls in the dryer, this would help fluff the
inserts as they dry and will cut down on drying time a bit.
